Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a KOL and a KOC?
KOLs are well-known creators with large followings. They bring reach and credibility. KOCs are everyday consumers with smaller, engaged audiences who review products the way a friend would. A Mass KOC campaign works with many KOCs at once, so your product shows up across many feeds in real users’ reviews. Most campaigns combine a few KOLs with many KOCs.
How many creators does a Mass KOC campaign need?
It depends on your goal, category and budget. In our case studies, Nam Nung worked with 20 creators, Ito En with 50 KOCs, and one Bioré campaign ran 256 influencer videos. We pick each creator by hand from our network of 5,000+ and check their audience before booking.
How much does an influencer campaign cost?
It depends on the number and tier of creators, the platforms and the type of content. After the brief, we send a proposal with the recommended approach, scope of work, timeline and budget, so you know the cost before anything starts.
Which platforms do you work on?
Mostly TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, plus YouTube or Threads when your audience is there. In sales campaigns, creators link to your Shopee or TikTok Shop store. To reach Korean tourists in Da Nang for Madame Lan, we worked on Naver and Instagram.
How do you measure results?
We agree on the KPIs in the brief: usually views, engagement and clicks, plus sales and ROAS when the product sells online. During the campaign we track each creator’s results and adjust the plan, and at the end you get a report against those KPIs. Ito En’s campaign, for example, reached a 240% ROAS on Shopee.
